Dashboardly is a TikTok Shop profit and inventory tool for brands and agencies, priced by shops and order volume. The three alternatives worth comparing are Seller Sync, if you want to ask Claude or ChatGPT about your numbers and build reports on your own Excel templates; Kixmon, if you want the cheapest entry point and creator-level profit; and HiveHQ, if you'd rather hand the shop to a managed team.
We make Seller Sync, so weigh our take accordingly. Every competitor fact below comes from that company's own public pages, checked on October 5, 2026. Prices change, so confirm on their sites before you decide.
Why sellers look past Dashboardly
Dashboardly does a lot well, and there are fit reasons to look elsewhere:
- Order-based pricing. Each brand plan includes a set number of orders (1,500 on Starter up to 50,000 on Enterprise), with overage per order above that. Their FAQ says that once the monthly overage cap is used up, further orders are held from results until capacity is restored.
- AI access sits on agency plans. Their pricing lists "API + MCP" on agency plans only, with authorization required.
- Agency branding has limits. Their agency page says report branding isn't full white-labeling: the app keeps Dashboardly branding, there's no custom domain, and share links aren't password-protected.

1. Seller Sync: for asking questions and owning the report format
Seller Sync connects to TikTok Shop and Business Center through TikTok's official APIs and builds a full P&L: promotions, ads, shipping, refunds, each TikTok fee, affiliate commission, cost of goods (with dated cost changes and samples costed separately) and your own fixed expenses.
Where it differs from Dashboardly:
- Ask instead of digging. Every paid plan includes the AI Business Assistant. Connect Claude or ChatGPT in three steps (setup guide) and ask "Was my main shop profitable in September?" or "Which orders never got paid out?".
- Your own Excel template. Every report is an
.xlsx. Download the template, rebuild the Dashboard sheet your way, upload it, and every run fills your version. - Schedules with any cadence. Daily, weekly, monthly or a cron expression, per shop, with a Slack message to that shop's channel when it's ready.
- No order counting. Plans are priced by shops and workflow credits. Pro is $119 for up to 4 shops; Elite is $299 with no shop limit.
Where Dashboardly is stronger: inventory and stockout forecasting, SKU-level ad ROI, PDF dashboard exports, branded client reports, and a published list of non-US markets. Seller Sync has none of those today, and its Shop Health monitoring covers US shops only.
2. Kixmon: for the lowest price and creator-level profit
Kixmon is a profit tracker for TikTok Shop sellers and creators. Plans are $19 (500 orders a month), $49 (2,500) and $249 (unlimited), with annual billing at ten months for the price of twelve and a 7-day trial with no card.
Kixmon breaks profit down by creator, including commission, GMV Max spend and sample costs, and offers a REST profit API you can call from Google Sheets, Zapier or Make. Its pricing page lists 15 markets.
Compared with Dashboardly, it has no published agency tier, and its daily profit email is on the top plan only. We've written a separate Kixmon alternatives comparison.
3. HiveHQ: if you want someone to run the shop
HiveHQ sells two things: profit analytics software and managed services, where its team runs strategy, creators, affiliate recruitment and GMV Max ads for you. The software has a free plan up to 250 orders a month, then $39 (1,500 orders), $99 (10,000) and $199 (unlimited). Managed services are priced per brand.
HiveHQ is the only one of the four that will operate the shop for you. If what you need is profit tracking alone, their own managed-services page says that isn't the fit for that offer. More in our HiveHQ alternatives post.
When to stay on Dashboardly
Stay if inventory forecasting matters to you, if you sell in the UK, EU, Mexico or Brazil, or if your agency sends clients branded PDF reports. Those are Dashboardly's strongest areas.
How to choose
Run the same month through two tools during their trials and compare net profit with what actually reached your bank. The one that gets closer, with less work from you, is the right one. If you also want to ask an AI assistant about your shop without building reports first, start a Seller Sync trial and connect Claude on day one.
