HiveHQ sells two things: TikTok Shop profit analytics software, free up to 250 orders a month, and managed services where its team runs the shop for you. If you're comparing the software, the alternatives are Seller Sync, for multi-shop reporting on your own Excel templates with an AI assistant on every plan; Dashboardly, for inventory forecasting and published agency plans; and Kixmon, for low-cost profit tracking by creator. If you want the managed service, none of these three replaces it.
We make Seller Sync, so keep that in mind. Competitor details come from each company's own public pages, checked on October 5, 2026. Check their sites for current pricing.
Why sellers look past HiveHQ
HiveHQ's free plan makes it easy to start. Reasons people compare further:
- They only want the software. HiveHQ's site leads with managed services. Its own managed-services page says brands that just need profit tracking aren't the fit for that offer.
- Order-based tiers. The software is free up to 250 orders a month, then $39 (1,500 orders), $99 (10,000) and $199 (unlimited).
- Agency limits aren't published. Agency and multi-store pricing is by demo, and shop and user limits aren't listed.
- No AI assistant. Their site doesn't list a way to ask Claude or ChatGPT about your data.

1. Seller Sync: for owning your reporting
Seller Sync builds a full P&L from TikTok's official APIs: promotions, ads, shipping, refunds, each TikTok fee, affiliate commission, cost of goods with dated cost changes and samples costed separately, and your own fixed expenses.
Where it differs from HiveHQ's software:
- Ask your data directly. Every paid plan includes the AI Business Assistant. Connect Claude or ChatGPT and ask "What is eating into my margin?" or "Why did my Shop Performance Score drop?".
- Reports in your format. Every report is an Excel workbook. Upload your own template once per shop and each scheduled run fills it, on a daily, weekly, monthly or cron schedule.
- Published multi-shop pricing. Pro is $119 for up to 4 shops, Elite $299 with no shop limit, and neither counts orders. Each team member sees only the shops assigned to them.
- Customer and payout views. Repeat rate, cohorts and lapsed customers, plus orders matched against TikTok's settlement statements so unpaid ones stand out. See how to find orders that never got paid.
Where HiveHQ is stronger: a free plan, managed services, creator discovery and outreach, and preset creator views such as fastest-growing and dormant creators. Seller Sync has no free plan and doesn't help you find or recruit creators.
2. Dashboardly: for inventory and agency tiers
Dashboardly tracks profit, payouts and inventory, including estimated days until stockout, with published agency plans from $249 (10 shops) to $599 (40 shops). Higher agency tiers add branded client reports, and its pricing lists API and MCP access on agency plans with authorization required. See our Dashboardly alternatives post.
3. Kixmon: for low-cost profit by creator
Kixmon starts at $19 a month for 500 orders, breaks profit down per creator, and offers a REST API for Google Sheets, Zapier and Make. It suits a single shop that wants accurate profit cheaply. See our Kixmon alternatives post.
When to stay on HiveHQ
Stay if you're under 250 orders a month and the free plan covers you, or if you want HiveHQ's team running your creators and ads. Software alone can't replace that.
How to choose
Decide first whether you want a tool or a team. If it's a tool, run the same month through two of them and check net profit against your bank deposits. If you run several shops or want to ask an AI about your numbers, start a 7-day Seller Sync trial.
