Kixmon alternatives for TikTok Shop profit tracking (2026)

Seller Sync, Dashboardly and HiveHQ compared with Kixmon on pricing, order caps, multi-shop teams, AI assistants and scheduled reports, from public pages.

Seller Sync Team

4 min readUpdated

Kixmon is a low-cost TikTok Shop profit tracker, with plans from $19 a month and profit broken down by creator. The alternatives worth a look are Seller Sync, for multi-shop teams that want scheduled reports on their own Excel templates and an AI assistant on every plan; Dashboardly, for inventory forecasting and published agency tiers; and HiveHQ, if you'd rather pay a team to run the shop.

We make Seller Sync, so factor that in. Competitor details come from each company's own public pages, checked on October 5, 2026. Confirm current pricing on their sites.

Why sellers look past Kixmon

Kixmon is a good fit for a single shop that wants clean profit numbers cheaply. Reasons to look further tend to be about scale:

  • Order caps. Startup covers 500 orders a month and Pro 2,500, counted across all connected shops. Unlimited orders start at $249.
  • Few extra accounts. Pro allows 3 additional seller accounts and 1 additional user. Max allows 5 additional seller accounts.
  • No agency tier. Kixmon doesn't publish agency pricing.
  • No AI assistant or Slack. Neither appears on their site.

1. Seller Sync: for teams and recurring reports

Seller Sync builds a full P&L from TikTok's official APIs: promotions, ads, shipping, refunds, each TikTok fee, affiliate commission, cost of goods with dated cost changes and samples costed separately, and your own fixed expenses.

Where it differs from Kixmon:

  • Built for more than one shop. Pro covers up to 4 shops for $119, Elite has no shop limit, and plans don't count orders. Each team member sees only their assigned shops, with a role per shop.
  • Reports that run themselves. Schedule any report daily, weekly, monthly or on a cron expression, built on your own Excel template, with a Slack message per shop when it's ready. See how agencies set this up.
  • Ask in plain language. Every paid plan includes the AI Business Assistant. Connect Claude or ChatGPT and ask about profit, fees, payouts, ads or your Shop Performance Score.
  • Client onboarding by link. Send a client a link to authorize their own shop, without sharing their Seller Center login.

Where Kixmon is stronger: a lower entry price, profit per creator, a REST API for spreadsheets and automation tools, UK VAT tracking and support for 15 markets. Seller Sync doesn't offer per-creator profit or a public REST API, and its Shop Health monitoring covers US shops only.

2. Dashboardly: for inventory and published agency plans

Dashboardly covers profit, payouts and inventory, including estimated days until stockout. Brand plans run $29 to $399 a month by order volume and shop count; agency plans run $249 to $599 for 10 to 40 shops, with branded client reports on the higher tiers. Their pricing lists API and MCP access on agency plans, with authorization required.

It's the closest like-for-like step up from Kixmon if you're outgrowing order caps and want inventory in the same tool. More in our Dashboardly alternatives post.

3. HiveHQ: if you want a team, not a tool

HiveHQ pairs profit analytics software (free up to 250 orders a month, then $39, $99 and $199) with managed services, where its team runs strategy, creators, affiliate recruitment and GMV Max ads. Pick it if you want the shop run for you. More in our HiveHQ alternatives post.

When to stay on Kixmon

Stay if you run one or two shops under 2,500 orders a month, care about profit per creator, or pipe data into Google Sheets through their API. For that job it's hard to beat on price.

How to choose

Pick the month you know best, run it through two tools during their trials, and compare net profit with your bank deposits. If you manage several shops or report to clients, try Seller Sync free for 7 days and schedule your first report on day one.
